Dr. Ramir is a native of Addison, Illinois, and has been dreaming about being an orthodontist since he was young. When he’s not creating healthy and happy smiles, you’ll find him spending time in the great outdoors with his fiancé, Kelsey, and his family — hunting, fishing, golfing, skiing and scuba diving, just to name a few! An avid traveler (15 countries and counting) his goal is to see each and every one. Dr. Ramir earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a major in integrative biology and minors in chemistry and Spanish. Following graduation, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine. He then continued his education at UIC College of Dentistry and completed its Orthodontic Residency Program. He served as class president and earned his Master of Oral Sciences and Orthodontic Certificate. Dr. Ramir is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, Illinois Society of Orthodontists and American Association of Orthodontists.
