1 bag turkey meatballs
1⁄3 c. vinegar
½ c. packed brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. cornstarch
1 green pepper cut into chunks
1 (13 oz) can pineapple chunks
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a skillet. Stir in pineapple chunks with juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Stir constantly, reduce heat and add meatballs. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green peppers.Cover and simmer until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
