2 pkgs. refrigerated bread sticks
1⁄3 c. thinly sliced green onions with tops
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sliced deli turkey breast, coarsely chopped
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
2 c. shredded lettuce
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
2 T. ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 350°. Separate one package of the bread stick dough. Separateinto strips. Arrange strips into a spiral pattern to completely line bottom of a deepdish baker. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough to seal seams. Sliceremaining package of dough lengthwise in half. Lay each half flat side down andslice crosswise into 12 half moons for a total of 24 pieces. Form to a decorativeedge by arranging pieces of dough next to each other standing on end against sidesof baker. Using the rolling pin, seal bottom edge of dough pieces to base. Sprinklehalf of the cheese evenly over dough. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped turkey overthe cheese. Sprinkle bacon and green onion over the turkey. Arrange sliced tomatoesover top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until edges aredeep golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Arrangelettuce around outer edge of pizza and drizzle with dressing.
