2 (8 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
½ c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together for approximately 5 minutes at medium speed. Bake about 30 minutes or until you see cracks on top. Let cool and then put in fridge to cool some more. You can use any kind of crust, but I always use an Oreo crust.
