1 head broccoli, cut into mini pieces
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced into cubes with
1 c. mayo seeds removed
¼ c. white wine vinegar
1 small yellow onion, diced small
¼ c. sugar
¼ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
In a bowl, mix broccoli, tomatoes, onion, bacon and cheddar cheese together. Ina separate bowl, mix mayo, vinegar and sugar. Once mixed, pour over broccoli mixture. Best when made the night prior. Sunflower kernels or raisins may also be added if desired.
