1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
½ c. butter
1 c. milk
2 T. light corn syrup
1 T. vanilla
5 apples
1 loaf french bread, sliced
Cook brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a small saucepan for 4-5 minutes until thick. Pour into a 9x12 pan. Peel and slice apples and arrange over syrup. Beat 3eggs slightly. Add milk and vanilla. Dip bread slices in milk mixture for 15 seconds and arrange over apples to cover. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
